Based on the wooden hopping kangaroo ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WclkMlWVZL0 ) I created a similar concept, which can be 3D printed. The planetary gear is inspired by emmett ( http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:53451 )

Just print the parts and insert pin_1 in the planetary gear. Connect the legs on pin_1 and finally insert pin_2 in the lower hole of the legs.
