EDIT: Too big, don't try - work in progress :)

The cable clip by Jacky77 worked very well for me but I wanted something less conspicous to hide smaller cables completely in the "canal" of the extrusion. This remix removes the rounded section.

I'd go with a slightly higher infill, 40% worked fine for me. PETG keeps it springy.
