3D Printed Antenna Holder for V-Dipole (137MHz Weather Satellites)
Overview
This project is a simple and practical antenna holder designed to mount a V-Dipole antenna for receiving weather satellite signals at 137 MHz. Using a 20mm PVC pipe as the main structure, the design leverages 3D printing to create a secure and adjustable holder that’s easy to assemble and install.

Materials Needed
- 20mm PVC pipe (length as needed for your application).
- 3x M5 bolts.
- Some a weather-resistant filament(I printed mine in white PET-G).
Assembly Instructions
- Prepare the Parts: Print all required components
- Insert the Nuts: Wedge the M5 nuts into the hexagonal cutouts on the holder.
- Attach the Pipe Holder: Insert the pipe holder into the 20mm PVC pipe. Tighten it with an M5 screw.
- Position the Holder: Mount the holder on the PVC pipe at your desired locations. (A minimum of 2 holders is recommended for stability.)
- Secure the Setup: Ensure all bolts are tightened to hold the antenna firmly in place.
