Remixed @Pale 's cable holder.

I recently did a crawlspace job where I was running some cat5e and cat6 cable. I wanted my crawlspace to remain somewhat organized. The original model was a great starting point for me to mount to my joists for perpendicular runs. I centered and chamfered the screw holes for the wood screws that I was using. I also added cable channels even though I ended up running most of my cable diagonally. It still seems to help though.
