Wire constrain for the ender extender 400 with a CR-10 S4 heatbed.

The original wireconstrain is from the ender extender team, i couldn't find the original one here. I've redesigned the part especially for the CR-10 S4 bed.

I recommend printing this part in ABS. I've originally printed this in PLA which caused some compression between the silicon spacer and the carriage.
