A quick one by request. This is simply a clip to fasten two panels inline with each other on opposite sides of a 2020 extrusion. The initial use case was to allow creating a tophat mod without additional 2020 framing where it meets the printer. 

The 5.5mm version is reported to be best for standard 3mm panels with 3mm of foam tape. Suggest printing one and trying it before printing all that are needed.

NOTE: There is a common recommendation to use Loctite with T-nuts to create a super easy removable fastener for this use case. However, people often report that it does not work. This is because Loctite is a long-curing formula… It doesn't set for several hours. You absolutely should use Loctite with rotating removable T-nuts for this. But don't expect the miracle result that people talk about until the next day or two.
