To prepare the gcode you have to import both parts at the same time into the prusa slicer with the mmu profile.

I would also recommend enabling the ironing because it makes the top surface much smoother.

If one of your colors is intense, remember to bump up the purging volumes a bit. For example, in my yellow and black version i set the yellow purging to as much as 240mm3
