All you need is a USB cable, pins from a motorola JEDI connector (or other pogo pins, may need to modify hole size) and a resistor to make the cable. Glue the pins in the holes and you solder a resistor across 2 pins. Please note that hot super glue emits fumes. The screw is a M3-.50x10. You can use a longer screw and put a wing nut on for ease.
