Simple tangle filament sensor, based on spring and switch. 

Printed with PLA. Used d2f switch, 6mm diam spring (cut part of spring, if tension is too tight) and few M3x12 screws & nuts. Also used a piece of PTFE tube about 6mm to guide filament into the moving knob.
