I designed these supports to hold up the pipes for my new irrigation system. The pipes have a 25mm diameter.
The ring is designed with a three-quarter turn closure, ensuring that the pipe stays securely in place once inserted. The small teeth on the flat part increase the stability of the support, so it does not wobble and stays firmly fixed in place.
I suggest to print it with PETG or ABS/ASA, with 100% infill, so it will be a solid and resistant piece that can withstand exposure to the elements. It requires only ~7 g of material.
Important: when slicing the model, the seam must be aligned along one corner of the rectangular part. If it's on the ring, it will dramatically decrease the strength of the support and could lead to breakage.
If you have pipes with slightly different diameters, rescaling it should work.
