The external vented part of my cooker range broke but the butterfly vent hinge was left intact.
I couldn't get a new one without having to remove the whole lot including messing with the through-wall parts so I made this one in TinkerCad.
It fits a 4" vent and is made to sit flush on the outer wall where the old vent exited and had enough room to allow for the butterfly hinge to move, open/close. It could be siliconed in place or screwed.
A piece of material mesh could be added to exclude smaller insects.
I used auto brim and 'thin tree' supports in Creality Printer. All the rest was standard K1 settings.
Fiddle with it, Im sure it can be improved upon.

Notes:
The photos are before clean-up and, frankly, I think my KE would have produced a better print, possibly in white (I have found the Elegoo silver to be a bit messy although their same-box gold is great to use. It's just what happened to be on the printer at the time!)
