My User:

• People who need to organize their medical items

Occupation or Hobby:

• my users must take various vitamins daily and take medicine immediately when they feel sick. 
• Especially, elders need a pain relieving patch and children need a bandage frequently.

Workspace Limitations:

• The medicines and things are inside the living room shelf
• The shelf is small and deep, which makes users to stack all medicines/bandage in the front after they are used.
  • Because of this habit, all the things are not put into the right place.

      -> later: can't find where the bandage and specific medicines are.

Organization Needs:

• Need to put the medicines/bandage that are used frequently at the front
• Need all the things to be noticeable at the first sight
• The storage should be easily rearranged since the things that are frequently used can be changed.

Tasks:

• A gridfinity storage for various medicines

User Observations:

• Frequently used: Pain Relief Patches, Bandage

Ergonomics:

• Since the shelf is dark and deep, users can't see where the specific things are placed. Therefore, the storage should be in a bright color and should be able to notice each things easily.
  • Stairs form
  • Layers
• Since the things can't be easily seen inside the dark and deep shelf, can hurt or cut hands/fingers easily. Therefore, the storage should be smooth and the edges should be round(no sharp edges).

Customization Requirements:

• The design should be stackable to save space: The shelf has enough space for tall objects
• The design should fit perfectly(especially width) for the medicines and boxes to stay still in place.
