Summary
Round LED panels are inexpensive on Ebay, but are designed for mounting recessed in a ceiling.
This model provides a small socket for the lights to mount in, making them much easier to mount on an existing surface with permanent tape or screws.
I am happy to make modifications to this to suit your purpose- just let me know!

I used Cura 14.07 grid supports for the gaps in the side and that worked quite well.
All other features should pose no issue.
Post-Printing

This is the LED light I purchased. (https://tinyurl.com/y88jrd2a)

This socket is designed to accept the spring-loaded flanges on the sides of the LED panel.

It can then be mounted on smooth surfaces cleanly.
How I Designed This

I mocked up a quick copy of the LED panels, then made the socket, checking to see that clearances were good, and that the flanges would line up appropriately.
