A 3D printing implementation of an image I found at http://www.cromp.com/pages/GGeomI.html entitled "HOW TO SERVE A LOBSTER ON A TRIANGULAR PLATE... A lost art."
It tessellates into an equilateral triangle.

Notes:
Tricky thing is that one of the parts needs to be turned over, so the markings need to be both sides, which makes it a bit difficult to print perfectly.
This is a zero tolerance model... there's no allowance for expansion or mis-printing of parts.
Don't over-extrude!
Post-Printing
May need to do a bit of sanding/carving if you've over-extruded or got any lumps or bumps on the outside.
Or, if printed in PLA, put one piece in a shallow bowl, pour boiling water on it to soften, then press the other piece down to make a perfect fit.
How I Designed This
Design is Public at OnShape.com... search for "Lobster".
