This Valentine’s Day card opens and closes using a hinge that has a partial press fit pin.  No need for glue.

You can use a pause in the G code to change color if you don’t have a multicolor set up.

FYI. The inside diameter of the hinge is 1.6 mm and the OD of the pin is 1.2 mm.  So the clearance (tolerance) is 0.2 mm
