This is remixed from several thingiverse files where i just added some minor changes to make a stensil out of it.
These were made in a hurry therefore the scaling is all over the place. To get em right (Cura slicer) turn of uniform scaling and scale x and y to a desired size, then scale z to atleast 2mm below that they will be a bit to flimsy.

To bend the handle like in the picture place the stensil on a table with the handle outside and gently heat it up on both sides. Dont heat the stensil, since the smaller part can curl upwards
