This umbilical cable wire guide has a socket in it to plug a ptfe tube in it to support the umbilical cord. You can also run a 1 mm or thicker piece of piano wire through the PTFE tube to add extra support.

The sockets placement allows you to run the PTFE tube inside your umbilical cable wrap.

It also has a better cable tie arrangement. (I borrowed this part of the design from someone else but I can't remember who to attribute this to.)

This is also a good match for the umbilical cable wire guide used on the SuperLight Fast-Swap print heads.
