Solid reduction planetary gearbox, designed for random motor from taking down a printer.
It's meant to be printed on a sla printer
Tested only to 0,1 Nm of torque, maxed my scale and broke the lever soon after. It was nowhere near the maximum torque it could survive, only fed the motor 3V.
Printing directions:
Print each part 1x except planets, which have to be printed 8x.
all parts can fit on photon mono 4k printbed in a single print.
Lys file is added for lychee slicer
Hardware required:
8 m2.5 x 10 bolts glued into holes in both carriers
4 m3 x 15 bolts to lock the top cover
608 bearing on output, If requested i can make a version without the bearing
additional hardware
motor mount is meant for 2 m3 screws placed 12 mm from the shaft.
Output has place for 2 m2.5 bolts 15 mm deep and aditional plate for mounting the test arm.
