Update March 3, 2021:
Added a new version (V2) with space for inserting a M3 nut from above instead of the brass insert (printed in red PLA in the pictures).

Just a simple adaptation of thed0ct0r model for a Volcano hotend. I just moved the holes to mount the layer fan down 8.5 mm. Regarding the upper screw mount, I designed it to be used with a M3 brass insert (as shown in the rendered image) as there was no space for a nut after moving down the holes.
