I had a leftover lamp kit and bulbs after making the Designer Lithophane Moon Lamp (https://www.printables.com/model/23859-designer-lithophane-moon-lamp), and my Sovol SV03 desperately needed some direct light on it.
This lamp mounts directly to the 20mm extruded T-slot that makes up the SV03 gantry. It shouldn't get in the way of prints unless you are printing something really tall.
I put in the “scoop” on the side opposite the lampshade so that I could decrease the torque on the gantry; now that it's printed, I don't think its a huge deal, but I threw some random bolts in the scoop to try to counterbalance the lampshade side. If it bothers you, it should be easy to slice that side off with any CAD program.
Volume: 183 x 272 x 98 mm
Print Time: 22hrs
Print settings:
Walls: 3
Infill: 10% Cubic
Layer Height: 0.2mm
Supports: Yes; recommend orienting the print such that the cone diameter opens up as the print gets higher. I printed it upside-down relative to this recommended orientation and ended up having to remove a ton of supports.
Printer: Sovol SV03
Slicer: Cura
Non-3D-Printed Parts:
As I said, the lamp kit and bulbs were left over from the moon lithophane build. Here are amazon links:
