I've updated the design:

Works with heavy spools.

You'll need:
2x rods (8mm x 160mm, aluminium)
4x bearings (608 2Z)
4x screws M4 (optional for fixing the rods, then you'll need hollow rods)

20% infill, 0,3 layer height

You'll need a little bit of force to press both parts together for the bearings.
No need for additional glue in my case.

Update 10.05.2020:
Added a "buffer" for flexible filament for a smoother run.
Must be printed in vase mode with flexible material and pushed between the both parts for the bearings.
