A single battery holder for a 14500 battery with slots for terminals. The terminals on the side will hold in reasonably well, however I used glue just to insure they won't move. The terminals can fit either slot down or up, however I found I liked running them down and through the bottom if I need them both coming out of the same side. 

I'll probably add a cover to this at some point so the battery will stay in place better if it's moving, but that's not currently my use case so I didn't bother.
