I made this for a MIDI controller I designed (featured in a couple of the pics). You won't be able to use this directly, as the bottom profile is hella wonky as to avoid specific components on my PCB. But should be pretty easy to adapt?

Mine is designed to use a little header with the screen to allow it to be replaced easily. 

If you are using this on a custom PCB, definitely do use little posts like I did and then get your PCB with matching holes. Makes aligning so much easier.

There are two bottom versions cause I had different screens apparently.
