This is a screen for the end of a 1.5" PVC coupling or elbow.  It will not fit with just the pipe.  It is sized to be glued in to a coupling but if you don't want to glue it, increase the size to 100.5% and it will fit snugly without glue yet still be removable.  

I printed mine with .2 layer height, 2 walls and 10 bottom and 5 top solid layers so it would be completely solid.
