Made a quick little remix from the original.

The adapter plate allows for front mounting the ptfe connectors to the EIBOS Cyclopes to manage filament path.  The design has two posts on the lower plate that have a snug fit diameter that can just press fit into the upper plate. 

Requires:

[ ] 2x 10mm ptfe connectors.  6mm OD x 4mm ID ptfe tube.
