ANother one. But none of the ones I needed worked the way I wanted., some caused overheating or other problems. This just seemed easier. I drilled out a 6mm printing nozzle to 1. 5 mm and it blows a nice clean tight jet of air. All in PLA with an red translucent colour. I coloured the with anti uv paint to help cut down on the laser radiation. The height of the front plate remains the same as the original for fixed focus lasers. So you can use the same focus method as the original.

Teh 28% infill is probably a bit much but I didn't want the tabs to break off.

I found the cover that came with the laser was decent but just changed it to suite what I needed.
Cuts Blasa really well and 6.3 mm ply.. Good for scratch builders.
