I tried a new filament and not happy with it. Another filament would work better. Printed 0.1mm layer w/ a 2mm brim, 20% support & 15% infill. Slow your printer down to about 85% feed rate. I used a paper clip heated to open the hinge holes, then cut a piece of the clip to use as the pin. Last, use thin double sided tape applied to the back of the ring & trimmed accordingly.
