This is  a missive mounting base  hoses. Has two paths for Tie-Wraps  (up to 5.5 mm wide and 1.5 mm thickness) and 3 mounting holes. The mounting base has an arced shape designed to support and hold firmly 4"  vacuum hose Diameter.

I built it using PETG.
