That sight was way too long for my Nerf Ultra 2. It is shortened so that it fits between the iron sight and the rail.

All features in the rail are removed, it is stuck on with a friction fit. Make sure to print the outer wall slowly (20mm/s) to get good dimensional accuracy.

I made two slightly different ones, one with a crosshair and one like the original circle. When you align the circle with the crosshair you can shoot as true as this blaster allows. I was surprised that it actually worked better.

The outside walls are printed slow (20 mm/s) for dimensional stability. To make sure you get a nice friction fit.
