The uploaded box dimensions are:

88x88x35mm (LxWxH)
Hole dimension: 3mm
Top lid chamfer dimension: 4.5mm

By opening the freecad project you can edit the spreadsheet parameters to your needs and liking.

The holes however, are manually put in place, add or remove to your liking! :)
