EDIT! Version 2
I have changed the design a bit to strengthen the lid and the cut out on the base where the new lid profile sits makes it easier to fit the board.
Also, the antenna hole is a little larger.
I'm off to bed now as the version 2 is printing. In the morning we will see if it works :)

AND, EDIT #3, The box has the antenna moved and a slide switch added to the end.
OOPS!
After assembling it I see the switch is in the way of the lid screws. Another edit coming up ;)

My first attempt at a case for the TTGo LoRa board.
This has an 18650 cell for power.

There is still a bit to do. One is to add a power switch.
And I have not screwed it together as yet.
Also, the antenna socket hole needs a bit of work.
I'm suspicious my Deltaprintr is not printing 1:1 at the moment.

Be careful when sliding the board into the case as the built in antenna can get caught. Bow the sides out a bit when inserting or removing the board.

This no doubt needs work but you are welcome to play as you like.rnThe OLED display hole needs adjusting and some sizing is a bit borderline but it just goes to show my rather limited CAD skill;)rnThe only program i have managed to sort off use is TinkerCAD.
