Remix of the Utility Carabiner v2, just deleted the big holes, added small ones and bent spring steel wire to shape.

Might need to drill the hole for a better wire fit.

NOT INTENDED FOR CLIMBING, WILL NOT SUPPORT HEAVY LOADS
