This is a remix that uses no supports and no glue or screws (so far). That way, if it breaks, much easier replacement (45 minute print)
I used Shapr3D to make a cover piece (PLA) to cover the gap made by the broken flapper (image attached). I did glue that in place so that the surface was level.
The flapper is meant to slide into the bracket case, and the just slide the whole thing on. It's about a 5cm in length, plus the 1 mm base the flapper sits on. I probably could have made the top thicker to minimize the strain on the flapper:flapper-base joint.

You can probably use anything rigid, nylon is not any better per se. You probably also do not need 100% infill, I just wanted to minimize the risk of re-break.
0.12 mm layer is probably unnecessary, .2 I am sure would be fine and cut down the print time.Post-Printing
