I needed to hold a spool over the top of my enclosure. This  mounts to the 202 rails using M5 bolts and slotted nuts.  

Thicker layers to speed up print time and improve strength. Plenty strong with even Silk PLA. Use at least 4 walls, top, and bottom layers for rigidity.
