3D print your own popper fly heads.

At 100% scale these heads are set up for small poppers coming in at 15mm or a little over ½" long. Scale it up in your slicer for bigger flies.
Make sure to print at low infill percentage and low wall count to make it as light and as buoyant as possible.

Glue or epoxy to your hook.
