Pixelated Flame Tag

• 3 color multi-filament print in voxel style.
• 3.5” wide light plastic piece which can be pinned to clothing.
• Voxel lettering altered in the design file.
• Alternatively, a blank version for handwritten names.
• gcode files feature filament color change stops.
• Examples printed in PLA on Prusa i3 MK3S+
• Attach to clothing with hobby store self-adhesive pin backs (see picture).

Design Process

• Altered procedure from Kim Wilkins's video.
• Created a pixel image in Piskel starting from a stock image.
• Created SVGs in Inkscape for each color layer.
• Built the voxel model and stl in Inventor.
• Prusa Slicer with Color Change for gcode.
