This box is designed to hold a GoPro Hero3 with enough room for strips of closed cell foam around the outside to protect the camera.

Purchase some closed cell foam (I used an inexpensive sleeping pad) and cut to fit the inside of the box. I suggest gluing it in place so it stays in place as you take the camera in or out.
