Summary

This is a spare Vat for the Wanhao D7 printer. This uses 24 (M4 x 16mm) countersunk bolts with half nuts. The bracket for part draining can be left in place while printing with the cover on. Which also means that for smaller height prints you can put the cover on while the resin is being drained.

I have not made this yet, but later i will also add a bracket that fits on the left or right of the vat. This way you can drain full size prints in the same way.

Edit: Added side bracket (No.2)
Edit 2: Reduced the size of the (VAT Bracket) because i made a mistake with the length.
Also increased the bottom thickness for both brackets for added strength.
Edit 3: Made a part to use standard 10mm nuts as thumb nuts for the brackets.
Edit 4: Revised the Vat to use M4 square weld nuts. Square to lessen the chance of the nut spinning, and weld nuts so that they will also bite into the plastic.
Also revised the bottom (V1a) so that support is not needed.
