I have an Ender 3 S1 Pro and was running Klipper on a pi zero 2 which ran great but my printer is in the garage so it meant I was running out to the garage with my laptop nearly every time I wanted to print.
Installing Klipper means that the Creality screen no longer works, KlipperScreen gives me back the ability to control printing at the printer.
Creality Sonic Pad is available for £150 but I decided to make this using KlipperScreen.
Any raspberry pi (except the zero/zero 2 - No DSI connector) will do but I didn't have a spare pi so I ordered a 4 gB Pi 5, I now know that this is far more cpu power and memory than needed, a 1 GB pi 4 would have had plenty power at around £33.
I bought this screen from Ali Express https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005006739026067.html for £23 plus tax and it comes with the standoffs and cables for pi 3,4 & 5.

All the Pi ports are available so this can be used for any pi touchscreen app.
There's no MainsailOS image on the Official RaspberryPI imager for Pi 5 so I just installed the standard Raspberry Pi 64 bit OS and installed Klipper using kiauh, didn't take long and there's plenty help online if you need it.
I did try this case as a single print with supports but wasn't happy with the result so I went for two part case. The separate base makes it more stable.
I use a bit of insulating tape to hold the backlight button in place, makes it easier to fit.
Screws were
4 no. 2.5m x 6mm for the case to screen
6 no. 2.3*6m self tapping for the screen body to pi body.
