With this test you will be able to correct the retractions of your 3D printer
On my printer with direct extrusion I use:
Speed: 30m/s
Distance: 0.8mm
It depends a lot on the type of extruder and its quality, but in direct drive extrusion they tend to be similar, high speed, short distance.
