Ordered a small USB power distribution board for some USB lights and wanted to build a small box for it.

I used 4 - M3 x 10mm Hex screws. You can use 6mm to 16mm screws though. Then 4 - M3 nuts. The placement of the nuts is a very tight fit intentionally. I used a soldering iron to heat the plastic just enough to set the nut on the hole and press it in with some pliers.
Lid is designed for these screws to sit flush with the lid.

The hole on the back for the barrel jack is a little large but my jack is a little off center so I figured I would adjust to compensate for what I assume was manufacturer error.

Supports needed. Printed with 15% gyroid infill.

EDIT: Realized I accidentally posted with my “branding” I created playing around. I guess it is there for anyone that wants it but have uploaded a blank lid and the bottom piece separately so that you can print as 2 prints if you want and without my logo.

Part ending with “v8” has the logo and both pieces as 1 print.
Part ending with “v9” is the bottom piece and the lid separate as well as lid itself having no logo on it.
