This is an antique pedal car headlight for a friend of mine who couldn't find the original parts. He had only one good one, so I simply duplicated it.

This is an antique pedal car headlight for a friend of mine who couldn't find the original parts. He had only one good one, so I simply duplicated it.

Instructions

1) Print the headlight chassis on a 3D printer.
2) Laser cut the lens from 1/8" acrylic.
3) Assemble with 3mm screws (self tapping.)
4) Install on pedal car.
5) ???
6) Profit!
