This is a very basic remote control holder for the U-shaped series of Midea air conditioners.
I'm including the Fusion 360 document if anyone wants to tweak it. Especially if you know how to extend the bottom hole horizontally to make the holder adjustable left and right a bit. Otherwise I would carefully mark the position you want and drill little guides.
Other than that it's a bit loose to make it easy to take the remote in and out, although I suppose you could scale down the thickness a bit until it reaches your desired level of snugness.
I printed mine vertically with a brim to provide more stability since the base tapers quite a bit, though that may not be necessary. Not the prettiest finish but at least the scarring is all on the back side.
