Diameter is about the same as a standard activation token. Thickness is 3mm.
Print 4 of those. They look much cooler when painted.

Go over the face of the token with a fine file or sandpaper to remove filament bumps.
Strongly recommended: paint the tokens :)

1. Created blank token in Blender
2. Faction symbol
   2.1. Get the image
   2.2. Make it black & white
   2.3. Save as svg (I used Inkscape)
   2.4. Import svg into Blender
   2.5. Extrude & merge with the blank token
3. Reverse side symbol
   3.1. Choose symbol that fits
   3.2. Repeat steps 2.2 till 2.5
4. Export as STL from Blender
