I scaled the box up by 15%, which was the largest that would fit on my MP Mini Delta, and it was just enough to make the coins fit. The upscale also increases the tolerances on the hinge so that it will free easily and work on a low-cost printer with less-than-perfect accuracy.

Apologies to all for the name - I'm Dad to a 30 and a 21 so it just seemed like a fitting title.

A bit of gentle back and forth flexing while the box is still warm should free the hinge if necessary.

You also may need to play with your settings a bit to get the concave lettering on the bottom of the coins to print right.
