My street has a bad water mainline and we have been plagued with water outages lately. Town contractors are digging a hole somewhere almost weekly.

This showerhead is designed for a 12V 2A submersible pump. Stem has ridges to help with the hose clamping. If you use a 10mm ID PVC hose like i did, it needs some heat and force to go over the stem, but it'll never unseat itself after that.

Print settings:

I printed it with 0.2mm layers, 100% infill. No supports. Squirt holes have a bellmouth on the inside to help with waterflow, those might fail if printed with higher layers - or work better with lower layers.
