My wifes guitar broke on two sides, where the strings are being rolled on. Two of those little plastic parts did not like the pressure they have been under. So I simply dismounted them, checked their size and recreated them via OpenSCAD. The result works very well and she now has a working guitar again.

For here the best Christmas suprise I could do. And for me one more reason for having a 3D-printer. :)

My work might not work for every guitar. But it's actually very simple. You only need to measure your guitar parts an reconstruct them as needed. So this thing here is mostly to Show what can be achieved.
