Found another holder but it put the card at the knob and made it awkward. Since I only use cards and not a USB it does not have access to that port. The M3 screws will need to be replaced with longer ones. As for the SD card reader and cable, I have seen two different sizes. When my Ender 3 needed a new cable I bought one from Amazon and it fit loose but the black case parts are interchangeable, so I swapped it and solve the problem. This one I made uses the smaller case that fits snugly. This is the two pack I bought from Amazon that shows currently unavailable. I added mouse ears on the ends to print for adhesion, to keep ends from curling, that can be cut off. This position also has the least support material to remove. I used generic orange PLA, 20 to 30% infill, nothing particular about settings.
