This is an OpenSCAD file for generating a pulley that will fit your blinds pull chain.
You simply need to take 2 measurements from your chain which is the bead diameter and bead spacing in millimetres.
The attached STL is the one I used which is suitable for 3mm beads with 1mm spacing.
