It is designed to hold a collet nut in any position. (I like to keep a collet nut on my standard sizes). This design is designed to be screwed to a wall with a 2 sheetrock screws (at least 2" long).  It is slightly tipped forward when mounted. The 2 imperial standard sets hold 7 each, and just fit at a diagonal on a 220mm square print area.
